Warm-ups & Other Apparel
If your athlete does not have warm-ups from previous years it is suggested they purchase a set
of warm-ups. Additional apparel with running rams logo is also avaialble on this site. Any items purchased through this link will be sent directly to your home.
Athletic Medical Clearance
Athletes must be cleared no later than August 28th. To upload medical
clearance go to the Millikan School website and click athletic clearance. You will need to create an account there and follow directions. Once you upload the physical you must bring the confirmation and a copy of the physical form to coach or the school nurse to complete the clearance.

Race Uniform Top & Shorts
All athletes. The uniform for all races consists of a top (singlet) and running shorts. Please go to the Millikan School Website - Activities - Millikan Webstore - Cross Country. The uniform is $85. All sizes currently available. Once purchased, Coach will get a notification. This uniform can be worn for several seasons.
